Cognidise Replacement and No Return Policy

1. Damaged Products:

Notification: Kindly inform us within 3 days of receiving the damaged product by reaching out to our customer support team at support@cognidise.com. Include clear photographs of the damaged item, the packaging, and any relevant details.

Assessment: Our team will promptly assess the provided information to verify the damage. Once confirmed, we will initiate the replacement process.

Replacement: You will be eligible for a replacement of the damaged product at no additional cost. Please allow for the production and shipping time necessary to recreate and deliver your unique item.

2. Missing Products:

Notification: Notify us within 3 days of receiving the incomplete order by contacting our customer support team at contact@cognidise.com.

Verification: Our team will verify the missing item based on your order details. Once confirmed, we will proceed with the replacement process.

Replacement: You will receive the missing item without any additional charges. We appreciate your patience as we recreate and ship the specific component to complete your custom creation.

General Guidelines:

- The Replacement Policy is applicable only to damaged or missing products and does not cover changes in design preferences or personal preferences.

- We aim to process replacements as swiftly as possible, ensuring your satisfaction with our custom-made products.

- Please retain the original packaging for damaged item claims, as photographic evidence may be required for assessment.
